Wiki Leaks has come up with CIA's Red Cell story which states that the U.S is likely to be viewed as an exporter of terrorism and this would perhaps create problems to the diplomatic relations with other relations if certain countries endorse this view with some seriousness in the future. If David Headley travelled from the U.S to Pakistan and to India with Pakistan's Lashkar-e-Toiba as the facilitator and supervised the Taj Hotel attacks in Mumbai, should we view the supposed war against terrorism in Afghanistan as strictly legitimate?
